В этой плоскости не работает ценовая конкуренция, необходимо создавать новых потребителей и иметь технологии превращения СПГ в газ, электроэнергию и прочие нужные вещи. При этом в заявлении TotalEnergies о "застрявших дивидендах" видится не просто констатация факта, а две цели: 1. Тактическая - вырясти деньги из России при явновыраженном политическом противостоянии и воровстве российских активов 2. Стратегическая - сформировать основу для распространения санкций на "Ямал СПГ". Т.е. если не зарабатывает компания на проекте, то его не жалко и под санкции подвести.
