Речь о входе домов в программу реновации. Согласно ФЗ-141 после подписания закона вход в программу закрыт. Из нее можно только выйти, собрав ОСС и набрав 1/3+1 голос. Однако уже были случаи, когда жители пятиэтажки, не попавшей в реновацию, обращение в мэрию, чтобы дом включили в программу. И депутат ЕР выдвинул законодательную инициативу о возможном открытии второй волны на основании как раз желания этих жителей.
Напомним, в этом году для проведения собрания собственников власти разработали платформу на базе Активного гражданина - Электронный дом.
