Вместо обещанных 6-14 этажей в новостройке высотой 100 м появится 31 этаж. Вместо 4 хрущевок на 320 квартир суммарно, здесь появится два дома почти на 1090 квартир, внизу будет 291 бесплатное наземное парковочное место.
По мнению Барановского, это прямое нарушение 9-й гарантии - «Комфортная городская среда и качественные дома». Мундеп обратился в Общественный штаб по контролю за реновацией.
