Сегодня Пушкинский городской суд Московской области вынес решение в нашу пользу. Мы с доверительницей просили определить место жительства ребенка с ней, и суд нас услышал.
В общей сложности рассмотрение дела длилось 6 месяцев (с учетом передачи по подсудности из Москвы в МО).
Что только не пришлось пережить нам с доверительницей за эти 6 месяцев: приставов, полицию, КДН, опеку, сами судебные процессы.
По крупицам мы собирали все документы и формировали дело, чтобы подтвердить все те обстоятельства, на которые ссылаемся.
Я очень рада, что судья удовлетворила наши требования.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. NEWS On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%.
