Тогда я впервые узнала, что квартиры могут столько стоить.
Стоимость однушки в этом доме начиналась от 200 млн руб, а квартира на последнем этаже (она занимала весь этаж) стоила в районе 1,5 млрд. Для меня такие цифры звучат на чем-то космическом, из параллельной вселенной. Но самое удивительное, что это был успешный проект, и квартиры там хорошо покупали.
Для дома закупали рекламу в самых крупных и популярных медиа. И вот один из рекламных макетов был разработан мной для журнала Forbes, и его там напечатали. Было очень приятно увидеть плоды своей работы в таком крупном издании.
В списке богатеев меня нет (может, пока), но все равно в журнал попали мои труды :)

Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
