Заправки пока не могут переложить убытки на розницу из-за регулирования. И в целом могут их не перекладывать — большинство крупных сетей АЗС принадлежит нефтегазовым гигантам, которые без проблем покроют эти убытки.
А дальше победит тот, у кого политической воли хватит — власти, которая будет требовать держать цены, или же нефтяники, которым торговать себе в убыток может надоесть. @nebrexnya
