Наконец-то! Прошло всего-то четыре месяца! Жители Суджи написали ряд обращений, но до сего момента российские власти, в т.ч. и Москалькова, просто игнорировали то, что тысячи человек находятся в опасной зоне и просят их о "зеленом коридоре". Но пусть хоть сейчас все сделают как надо.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields.
