Автомобильные шины – отходы IV класса опасности, выделяющие цинк и канцерогенные ароматические масла. Эти ядовитые вещества проникают в почву и воду, угрожая экосистеме и здоровье граждан.
По закону, утилизация отходов должна происходить на специально оборудованных площадках, однако наша администрация, похоже, предпочитает закрывать на это глаза. Несоблюдение необходимых норм и правил – явное нарушение законодательства, что должно повлечь последствия для ответственных за это лиц.
Обратились в Администрацию Екатеринбурга. Ждем оперативного включения в историю и ликвидации свалки опасных шин.
