Проект «Побаем по-устьянски» был реализован в 2022–2023 годах при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив. Его цель — сохранение и продвижение устьянского диалекта русского языка.
В рамках проекта были выпущены три издания: детский разговорник, молодёжно-диалектный словарь и Устьянский народный словарь, который содержит более 8 тысяч слов. Также были организованы показ спектакля и 22 культурно-образовательных мероприятия, сообщает пресс-служба правительства области.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
