Ответ был типичным: это частные случаи. Не более того. Учебники якобы есть, и они доступны.
А теперь выясняется, что ФАС не просто возбудила против «Просвещения» антимонопольное дело именно из-за завышения цен на учебники, но и требует вернуть в казну порядка двух миллиардов рублей!
Получается, что жалобы, поступавшие в наш Комитет, были отнюдь небезосновательны.
Интересам государства и общества, судя по всему, нанесён существенный ущерб.
Беру данную ситуацию под особенно жесткий депутатский контроль.
