📌 Что касается напитков, которые берутся из еды, как пшеница, ячмень, просо, кукуруза, мёд, смоква, суккар и тому подобное, то не нужно наказание за их питьё, так как их питьё - дозволено (халяль) у абу Ханифы и абу Йусуфа, и хоть оно запрещено у Мухаммада, - это запрет по иджтихаду (а не общепринятый). Поэтому пиьё этих напитков не является бесспорно грехом, 👉🏻и не применимо наказание ни к питью таких напитков, ни к опьянению от них👈🏻 (у тех, кто считает их питьё дозволенным). И это верно. Ведь если питьё чего-то не является запретным, то не является запретным и опьянение от него, подобно употреблению банджа (имеющий наркотический характер и применяющийся для наркоза, и его употребление разрешено).
