Попался на глаза опрос. У россиян узнали, какое из десятилетий было лучшим в постсоветской истории — от 90-х до нынешних 20-х.
30% текущее десятилетие и считают самым лучшим из всех. А хуже 90-х не было ничего. Вот он, наш оптимизм! Два года ковида, потом три года ***, а лучшего времени каждый третий не знал. Как прекрасно знать, что живешь на белой полосе.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
