Жители Тувы посмотрели ролик и решили, что Монгуш был пьян, вел себя непозволительно и неподобающе показал Россию и регион за пределами государства. Пришлось министру оперативно извиняться перед согражданами и пояснять, что он просто «позволил себе расслабиться».
И правильно, все за границей должны полностью разделять стереотип, что Россия — для грустных! 😡
