Блюдо получилось офигенное (скажу без скромности 😬), я надеялась, что останется на обед, но муж и дети ооооочень оценили ♥️

Ингредиенты:
- 400г куриной грудки (или фарша)
- 50г лука красного или репчатого
- 2 стебля зелёного лука
- 1 кабачок (примерно 180-200г)
- 1 яйцо
- 4 ст/л панировочных сухарей
- соль, перец, сухой чеснок по вкусу

Для глазури:
- 50мл соевого соуса
- 20 мл рисового уксуса
- 1 ч/л сахара
- 2 дольки чеснока
- 10мл масла
- 50 мл воды
- 1 ч/л кукурузного крахмала

Для подачи:
Зеленый лук
Кунжут
Чили (если любите острое)
