Среди всех регионов РФ Сахалинская область заняла 21-е место. Островной регион получил 54,424 балла. При этом на Дальнем Востоке Сахалин и вовсе занял 1-е место. Примечательно и то, что в прошлом году область занимала 28 позицию в соответствующем списке.
Каждый из регионов оценили по нескольким показателям. В перечень критериев включили общий уровень качества жизни, социально-экономическое положение, состояние рынка труда, материальное благополучие населения, научно-технологическое развитие и поддержку ЗОЖ. После этого все баллы суммировались, а их среднее арифметическое стало итоговой оценкой субъектов. Показатели региона в рейтинге можно назвать достойными, а общую экономическую обстановку - стабильной.
