Нарушение обнаружилось сразу на двух участках, на улице 4-я Линия и дороге в посёлке Элеватор. Работы здесь ведёт субподрядчик АО «Рязаньавтодор» ООО «Техстрой».
Удивление госпожи Сорокиной нам, честно говоря, непонятно, ведь если посмотреть на состояние дорог в Рязани, да и в целом в регионе, то станет очевидно, что их строили без соблюдения каких-либо норм.
В общем, главе Рязани явно стоит почаще выбираться из своего уютного кабинета и смотреть на реальную жизньгорода, которым она управляет. Столько открытий предстоит…

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
