Давним моим читателям известна моя мысль о том, что появление памятной доски, посвящённой одному из главных организаторов блокады и геноцида русских на Северо-Западе нашей страны Густаву Маннергейму, было бы невозможно, продолжай наша северная столицы носить имя Ленинград. Да и вынуждены были её снять власти только потому, что живо в этом городе ленинградское наследие… Вот и сейчас задаю себе вопрос: а выдержал бы этот город блокаду под именем Санкт-Петербург? Мой ответ отрицательный. Петроград – 50 на 50. Ленинград и ленинградцы с самого первого дня блокады знали, что выдержат, и эта уверенность не уходила у них даже на пике страданий зимы с 1941 на 1942-й. Имя значит очень много.

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
