Пензенская область всегда приходила на помощь Донбассу. Мы принимали эвакуированных и в годы Великой Отечественной, и в 2014-м году - когда начался обстрел территорий нынешних ДНР и ЛНР, и в 2022-м - когда новые республики заявили о своем праве на самоопределение. Сегодня привезли на Донбасс более 50 тонн гуманитарной помощи. Это продукты питания, бытовые товары и строительные материалы. Нужно восстанавливать разрушения, готовиться к мирной жизни.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
