Дело рассмотрел Кировский районный суд. Он признал Ричарда Романа Кинга виновным по ч. 5 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ и ч. 4 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ. Согласно обвинению, ОГО! писало «о выборах и своей деятельности, не указывая, что информацию распространяет иностранный агент».
Суммарно штраф составил 40 тысяч рублей.
Забавно, что представителей ОГО! судят, а они даже об этом не знают. Конечно же, никакую маркировку ставить мы по-прежнему не намерены — это полная чушь. Мы не иностранные агенты, а представители интересов омичей. ОГО — единственное медиа в Омской области, которое освещает новости честно и без цензуры, называет войну войной и ведет наиболее полный список погибших на войне в Украине омичей.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
