Правоохранители обратили внимание, что машина с ксеноновыми фарами, а также увидели другие приборы, которые не соответствовали установленным требованиям и за установку которых полагается штраф.
Предупрежденный об уголовной ответственности, 28-летний пассажир «БМВ» попытался дать взятку правоохранителям, чтобы не штрафовали за фары. Он вложил 5 тысяч рублей в документы. Полицейские вызвали на место следственно-оперативную группу.
