Инцидент произошёл вечером 22 декабря на улице Карагандинской возле ёлочного базара. 25-летний мужчина перебегал дорогу на красный свет и угодил под колёса Volkswagen Polo, за рулём которого была 20-летняя девушка. Пострадавшего госпитализировали с травмами.
