Виктору Бугрееву 32 года, он айтишник Сбера, повестку получил вчера:
«Когда я пришел, выдали повестку, по которой сегодня же я должен отправиться в войска. Я никогда не служил, не проходил воинскую службу, не имею военной специальности, не имею военной кафедры. Поеду, что делать. Или уголовное дело».
