Жители соседнего Глухово бьют тревогу — узкий проезд за нечётными домами Центральной улицы, который жители самостоятельно приводили в порядок, стал единственным подъездом к новому ЖК «Новая Рига». Дорога совершенно не предназначена для свалившейся на неё нагрузки: пешеходов, машин жителей Глухово, строительной техники, стремительно увеличивающего автопарка заселяющихся новосёлов и пожарных автомобилей спасательной части №227, расположенной на этой же улице.
Жители Глухово на встрече с администрацией Красногорска 29 ноября 2021 года уже поднимали вопрос относительно этой дороги, но он так и остался без ответа. Теперь уже жители нового ЖК собираются писать во все инстанции и ждать решения проблемы. @k_online24

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
