Африканский Сигма Бой

Жители ЮАР с флагами России, шагая под песню «Сигма Бой», чуть не разнесли чубатых митингующих с жовто-блакитными тряпками.

Но, к сожалению, вмешалась полиция и не дала устроить настоящее веселье. Друзей России разогнали и дали немного побесноваться любителям украинского нацизма.

Примечательно, что среди захохлов, как мы видим, белые, то есть это либо украинские беженцы, либо африканеры (потомки колонизаторов). А вот ребята с российскими флагами — явно коренное население. Это о многом говорит.

Благодаря своей открытости, регулярной поддержке, Россию уважают не только в ЮАР, но и во многих других африканских странах. Такое отношение, на самом деле, очень ценно.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
