Сегодня мадам изволили-с посетить стоматолога, у которого мы ни разу не были. Ходили в Докдети.
Как всегда мне очень нравится клиника, посмотрели очень быстро, Алёна орала широко раскрыв рот, поэтому осмотр длился минуту😄
По рекомендациям: тщательная гигиена полости рта 2 раза в день.
Рекомендации: Зубные пасты с фторидами: Brush-baby, Elmex, Buccotherm, Montcarrote Фторидов не меньше 1000ppm,причём это зубная паста по возрасту 2-6, но врач сказала не смотрим на возраст, на щётку выдавливаем с рисинку.
Зубные щётки: Pesitro Ultra Clean Prime 7680, Revyline, Curaprox
Также по вечерам дополнительно рекомендовали дочищать зубы монопучковыми щётками TePe, Revyline SM 1000, Pesitro, Curaprox 1006.
А еще сказали что пора начинать учить пользоваться зубной нитью. Алёна в принципе даёт чистить зубы, но вот дочищать дополнительно и ещё и флосс я пока не знаю как вводить🫠.
А в целом визит прошел хорошо, даже книжку на полке нашла как у нас📕
