Администрация Владивостока пытается забрать у застройщика участок леса в районе Змеинки.
Речь идет об участке площадью 13,5 га в районе Босфора, 3. Ранее он был отдан под застройку. В 2016 году администрация заключила договор на комплексное освоение территории с компанией «Эко плюс».
Однако, как отмечают в мэрии, обязательства, предусмотренные контрактом, не выполнялись.
В 2024 году администрация обратилась в арбитраж с требованиями расторжения договора. Разбирательство шло полгода. В феврале суд вынес решение, и оно оказалось не в пользу администрации. По словам вице-мэра Владивостока Алексея Сухова, администрация будет его обжаловать в Пятом апелляционном суде.
Также, как отметил Сухов, глава города в прошлом году принял решение по изменению назначения этого участка с зоны Ж4 на зону рекреации.
С такими заявлениями в мэрии выступили после возмущения жителей Змеинки, заметивших в лесу пометки на деревьях, которые свидетельствуют о том, что участок готовят к освоению.
