20 февраля стало известно о том, что Второй апелляционный суд частично удовлетворил жалобу о заключении под стражу Раскова Василия Викторовича. Заключение под стражу было заменено на запрет определенных действий.
Очевидно причиной такого решения стало наличие серьезного заболевания у Василия, которое просто не было учтено при заключении под стражу.
Напомним, что Василий Расков обвиняется в совершении государственной измены и был заключен прод стражу Свердловским областным судом. Подробности обвинения нам неизвестны в связи с секретностью дела.
