8 июня 2020 года региональный СК прекратил уголовное преследование в отношении экс депутата гордумы Олега Турбина и других лиц в части привлечения их к уголовной ответственности за покушение на хищение 521,7 млн рублей у МУП «ВГСЭ» (ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ) в связи с отсутствием состава преступления. Однако на ресурсах ГУВД до настоящего времени размещена информация о нахождении Олега Турбина в розыске без меры пресечения.
Розыск без меры пресечения - формальность, так как при установлении места нахождения разыскиваемого не имеют права задерживать на длительное время. Инициатор розыска может не успеть доехать до места нахождения и разыскиваемого вынуждены будут отпустить. #Турбин
