Наряду с ним в список ОРИ попали Skype, зашифрованное приложение для общения и совместной работы Wire, мессенджер со сквозным шифрованием Element и мессенджер KakaoTalk. Компании, которые включены в реестр ОРИ, обязаны хранить данные пользователей, включая информацию об их действиях, переписку, фотографии, аудио- и видеозвонки. По первому требованию ФСБ они обязаны предоставлять эти данные.
