Шакалы из Метриума ориентирует на 340 тыс. руб./кв. м - но это чисто стоимость локации, а не уродства, которую туда воткнут.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
