Очень всегда нравится, как архитекторы сами себе рассказывают и доказывают, что ебануть елдак в 60 этажей для выжимки ТЭПов - это хорошая архитектурная идея, в ней есть мысль и концепция. А не просто желание девелопера получить сверх прибыль.

Удивительно, но в проектах "типо бизнес-класса" у Гранель планируется даже не ебанная штукатурка, хотя в Московской области они используют только её.

По Дубровке скоро старт. Если вы любите секс без гондонов и жаловаться на результат - можно рассмотреть этот проект для покупки.
