Закончилась история фабрики-кухни №8 на Сосинской, 43.

Общественники из Архнадроза, как обычно, начинают "спасать" задние, когда у девелопера все доки на руках, а когда доки на руках - значит конкретные люди планируют заработать конкретную маржу. Тут не до филантропии и меценатства.

История проекта:
1. Летом 2021 появляется проект на ЗУ. На самом деле если и можно было спасти здания фабрики-кухни, то до лета 2021 - после - это влажные фантазии.
2. Осенью 2021 проект оценивает ПИК, но отказались, он остается в портфеле у регионального UDevelopment.
3. Также в ноябре 2021 проект публикует APEX - бюро которое делает по проекту на все ЗУ Москвы. Собственно этот проект и тащат на согласование в город.
4. Как-то так получается, что чуваки из UDevelopment отправляются в свободное плавание с проектом, а брендинговое агентство "Стасян ебу дал" придумывает для нового девелопера название Touch в январе 2022.
5. Февраль 2022 - начат снос.
6. Документы по проекту на нашдомрф в марте 2022. Хэппи энд!
