Желание застроить этот ЗУ старо как говно мамонта. Первый проект был сделан ещё в 2004 году. Ну, помните, время такое было, солнце светило ярче, трава зеленее, евро по 30, гламурные подонки в городе и тд.
Так вот, чем примечательна данная площадка? Примечательна она в первую очередь своими крутыми "красно-кирпичными" корпусами, на которые можно экскурсии водить, а не экскаватором сносить. Поэтому пойдут по проторенному пути ПИКа, который занимается избирательным сохранением культурного наследия. На Борце башенку сохранили, цеха - снесли. На Метровагонмаше башенку сохранили, цеха - снесли. На Кросне - часть снесли, часть оставили для модного фудкорта.
Именитые архитекторы мимо не проходят: вот проект от Гинзбурга, а вот и от маэстро Скуратова. Посмотрим, как по итогу сохранят корпуса на Витебской и какие архитектурные веяния будут там после.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
