Вроде как, проект в стол, но сами понимаете, когда девелоперы уже что-то примерили на участок, то значит будут копать до последнего. Без вопросов, нафига офисник вообще в Строгино.

П.С. Ценность клочков земли в Строгино немного дисконтируется из-за планов по двум мощным КРТ - "Маршала Жукова, 17-63" и "МКАД – 64 км (на пересечении с Таллинской улицей)". Наконец-то локальный рынок района насытят разнообразные метры.
