Но город требует разнообразия фасадов - девелоперы делают разнообразие и как следствие раздувают себестоимость. А раздутую себестоимость можно компенсировать только за счет высокой цены, а высокую цену можно только за бизнес-класс брать.
Закрытый старт продаж был в пятницу. Сейчас появились планировки проекта. Для локалов - хорошо. Для всех остальных - надо подумать.
