Тема с застройкой АТС играет последние 10 лет. Оказалось, что АТС в городе как говна за баней. Сноси, сноси, не пересноси.

Вот проект застройки одной из двух АТС на Малой Ордынке. Авангардную АТС (1) по проекту Патека сносить не будут - ЗУ " Большая Ордынка, 25, стр 1, 4". Она первая АТС в городе. И вообще типовая, такая же есть на Арбате и в Басманном районе. Собственно Басманная АТС Патека превратилась в Татлин Апартменс. А вот вторую АТС (2) по адресу "Большая Ордынка, 25/4, стр 2" очень нужно пустить под нож. Архитектурной ценности в ней нет от слова совсем, а значит можно пополнить рынок роскошной Москвы каким-нибдуь бодрым проектом у метро Третьяковская с ценником за метр так мульта 2.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
