Финальные рендеры для проекта MR на ЗУ "Верейская, 29". Итоговая архитектура от СПИЧ, а нейминг этой все радости - VEER. Ну, MR не изменяет себе. Всегда проект именно такой, каким видим современные архитектурные тренды город. Тут уже обката тема стилобатов - урбан-блоков с пристройками и доминантами. Вторая птичка, после Cityzen.

Кому нужны эти террасы с озеленением на хрен пойми каком этаже - неизвестно. Чисто, чтобы во время ветра эту зелень кому-то на голову у несло. Все ради пластика. Все ради визуала. Функционал - чисто на ответственности УК и собственников. Хотя оградку сделали как в аквариуме. Верим, что это хоть как-то будет использоваться.
