Если ЗУ "Маломосковская, 22" недавно для реализации забрали Капиталисты. то на ЗУ "Маломосковская, 20" кто-то во-первых пытается поменять ПЗЗ, во-вторых исключить это ЗУ из будущего КРТ.

Проект, предлагаемый к реализации архитектурной креативностью не блещет. Белая коробка прилепленная к зданию 1955 года постройки. Зачем сохранять это здание - неизвестно. Статуса у него никакого нет. Изначально это была квартальная тепловая станция №44, а сейчас супермаркет.

Посмотрим, что город в итоге согласует на данному ЗУ, такое решение не выглядит комплексным.
