Но, сейчас должен ещё выйти наконец-то ФСК со своим огромным проектом, который испортит всю малину, локация реально начинает перегреваться от количества проектов, там еще вторая очередь Берегового на подходе, проект Главстроя плюс / минус там. Кроме этого, старт «Павелецкой сити» показал что демпинга больше не будет. Надо наблюдать.
