Встану сейчас на скользкий лед))) споря с Владимиром Рудольфовичем: не думаю, что именно это такая уж большая проблема просто потому, что вряд ли и после победы армию придется сокращать, потому как победа пока все равно будет локальная. И место в армии для парней найдется, не сомневаюсь.
Но в целом, что делать в ближайшем послевоенном (или междувоенном, тут как повезет) будущем с точки зрения того же экономического развития, - вопрос поставлен абсолютно правильно.
