По итогам четвёртого квартала прошлого года в Перми предложение на вторичном рынке жилья выросло на 12%. Такие данные получили аналитики «Авито Недвижимости», изучив изменения предложения на платформе за год.
Наибольший рост в городе наблюдался в сегменте двухкомнатных квартир (+19%) и студий (+20%). Что соответствует общероссийским показателям, где рост по сегментам составил +11% в каждом. В целом по России предложение увеличилось на 9%.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
