как у вас вообще проходит декабрь? я морально готовлюсь подводить итоги года и к своему 25-летию. в такие моменты всегда включается этот вредный внутренний критик, но главное его задавить на самом начальном этапе. 2024 у меня можно охарактеризовать как год потерь, но я буду стараться не принижать себя, просто напишу список благодарностей, он не будет так сильно давить по сравнению с достижениями и выполненными целями✨
