Honig - Knoblauch - Ferment

Ihr Lieben,

heute gibt es eines meiner Lieblings-Fermente überhaupt : Knoblauch in Honig fermentiert !
Es ist einfach zum herstellen und stellt so den Einstieg in die Fermentation überhaupt dar.

Das Ferment sieht nicht nur von Anfang an gut aus und schmeckt äußerst delikat, nein, es hat auch noch richtig viele Gesundheitliche Vorteile.🙏🏼

Knoblauch 🧄 :

Vitamine : A, B1, B3, B5, B6, C, E ,H und K
Eisen
Magnesium
Kalzium
Kalium
Kupfer
Molybdän
Selen
Jod
Germanium
sowie Alliin und Allicin
Allicin ist in meinen Augen Pro-Biotisch (für das Leben)

Honig 🍯:

Ein eh schon von den lieben Bienen🐝 fermentiertes Naturprodukt - solange er aus der Region von einem gutem Imker stammt (später mehr dazu).
Vitamine B1, B2-Komplex, B6, C, H (Biotin)
Phantotensäure
Folsäure
Magnesium
Kalzium
Natrium
Kalium
Zink (gering)
Mangan (gering)
Eisen
oft Phosphor
Honigtauhonige höherer Gehalt an Eisen und Kalium (ca. 10% höher)
