📌Отличительной чертой этого дома является лепнина на фасадах, выполненная в стиле советской эклектики. Благодаря сотрудникам строительно-монтажного управления ООО «РКС-НР», декоративные элементы были сохранены.
В ходе ремонтно-восстановительных работ провели следующие мероприятия: — отремонтировали кровлю; — провели замену дверных и оконных блоков; — оштукатурили и покрасили фасады и места общего пользования; — произвели монтаж отмостки; — отремонтировали поврежденные балконные перекрытия.
