В феврале Арбитражный суд Москвы признал недействительным одностороннее расторжение немецкой компанией договора с РЖД по обслуживанию парка электропоездов «Сапсан» и обязал ее исполнять обязанности. За каждый день неисполнения этого решения с немецкой Siemens Mobility GmbH и российской ООО «Сименс мобильность» будет взыскиваться неустойка в размере 16,1 млн руб.

But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
