«Казахстан Темир Жолы» (КТЖ) актуализировала статус по закупкам подвижного состава
Национальный перевозчик сообщил, что по итогам 2023 года в его парк поступило 112 локомотивов разных производителей, 102 пассажирских вагона от завода «ЗИКСТО», а также 242 полувагона (основной поставщик – дочерняя «Казахстанская вагоностроительная компания»).
В КТЖ также представили планы дальнейших закупок. Так, на долгосрочном горизонте перевозчик планирует приобретение более 550 локомотивов:
- по 100 маневровых и магистральных локомотивов от CRRC,
- 130 грузовых электровозов KZ8A и 63 пассажирских KZ4AT выпуска Alstom,
- 75 грузовых тепловозов ТЭ33АС, 37 пассажирских ТЭП33А и 18 маневровых ТЭМ11А производства Wabtec,
- 36 грузовых тепловозов 2ТЭ25КМ выпуска Брянского машиностроительного завода.
Также до 2025 года должны быть приобретены 3 тыс. грузовых вагонов для перевозки зерна, угля, строительных и др. грузов, до 2030-го – 537 пассажирских вагонов от Stadler.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed.
