معنى أن الله سبحانه وتعالى لا يخلق شرًّا محضًا يقتضي أن كل فعلٍ في هذا الوجود مهما خالطه شرٌّ وأذى فإن بإمكانك أن تنظر له نظرةً "تفاؤلية"، ولذلك يذكر العلماء أن من أكبر أسباب زوال الهم والحزن وإخماد نار الغضب: هو أن توقن أن الله سبحانه وتعالى هو خالق كُل شيء وأنه لا يخلُق إلا لحكمة وهذه الحكمة لا تكون إلا خيرا.
تخيَّل كمَّ الأحداث التي حدثت في حياتك وأصابك بسببها همٌّ أو غضبت لأجلها، وكان بإمكانك أن تمنع ذلك أو تقلل منه لو غيرت وجهة نظرك لكل ما يحصل لك، وجعلت أول ما يخطر ببالك أن الله سبحانه هو من شاء ذلك وفعله!.
