- Для всех должностных лиц местного самоуправления (лицо, замещающее муниципальную должность, либо заключившее контракт (трудовой договор), наделенное в соответствии с уставом муниципального образования исполнительно-распорядительными полномочиями по решению вопросов непосредственного обеспечения жизнедеятельности населения или по организации деятельности органа местного само управления устанавливается единый срок полномочий - пять лет, - сообщил сенатор Андрей Клишас.
