"Если вы приглядитесь, антенны многие ржавые. Если бы очень хорошо работала телефония, интернет, наверное, не нужно было бы постоянно возобновлять, обновлять. Тем более что все эти антенны приобретаются на местном рынке у местных провайдеров", - уточнил Олег Васнецов.

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
