Прокуратура Рязанского района внесла представление главе администрации Заборьевского сельского поселения в связи с тем, что детская площадка в посёлке Ласковский, входящем в поселении, не соответствует требованиям законодательства. В прокуратуру обращался депутат заборьевского Совета депутатов от партии «Яблоко» Анатолий Кивва.
Кроме того, по заявлению Киввы прокуратура обязала администрацию спилить опасные сухостойные деревья в посёлке.
